Sega ha revelado el juego que recopila las joyas del Genesis, y que ya está disponible en PlayStation 4, Xbox One y PC, llegará a finales del 2018 para Nintendo Switch. Este juego será lanzado en formato digital y físico vía Nintendo eShop.La versión de Sega Genesis Classics de Nintendo Switch tendrá un modo exclusivo, Same-screen multiplayer, el cual aprovechará las capacidades híbridas de la consola de la gran N.
Este anuncio fue acompañado de un breve adelanto, que Sega compartió desde su cuenta oficial en Twitter.
